Question 1: Do you dread logging in just to pay your MPIUA premium?
If MPIUA’s payment system has ever felt clunky, outdated, or confusing, you’re not alone. For years, policyholders have wanted a smoother way to pay their premiums — and now it’s finally here.

Question 2: What’s changing — and what do you need to do to keep your coverage active?
Beginning January 20, 2026, MPIUA is launching a brand‑new payment portal powered by InvoiceCloud. It’s easier, faster, and far more convenient — but you’ll need to take action to access the best new features like AutoPay and paperless billing.

In this article, we’ll walk you through:
• What the new MPIUA payment system includes
• What’s different from the old setup
• Steps policyholders should take now to avoid missed payments or coverage lapses

Let’s take a closer look at what’s changing and why it matters.

A Long‑Awaited Update: What’s Changing at MPIUA?

Starting January 20, 2026, MPIUA will officially roll out its upgraded bill payment system in partnership with InvoiceCloud. This update is designed to deliver a more modern, user‑friendly experience for policyholders and insurance producers.

Why this matters:
Until now, MPIUA’s system only supported basic one‑time payments — no AutoPay, no paperless billing, and limited account control. The new portal changes that completely.

New Features That Make Life Easier for Policyholders

1. AutoPay Enrollment
With the new portal, you can finally set up automatic payments — a huge upgrade for busy homeowners, landlords, and anyone managing multiple properties. AutoPay helps prevent missed due dates, late fees, and accidental coverage lapses.

Important: AutoPay is only available through the Insured Portal. It does not work through the Producer Portal or one‑time payment links.

2. Paperless Billing
Say goodbye to snail‑mail delays. Policyholders can now opt into digital billing, getting invoices faster while reducing paper clutter.

Just remember: You must actively opt in. Paperless billing is not automatic.

3. Centralized Account Management
Within the Insured Portal, you’ll be able to:

• Manage payment preferences
• Enroll in AutoPay
• Sign up for paperless billing
• View billing history
• Update your account information — all in one place

How to Access the New Payment System

MPIUA now offers two ways to make payments, depending on the level of access you want:

✅ Insured Portal (Recommended)
This is the best option for full functionality. Inside the Insured Portal, you can:

• Enroll in AutoPay
• Activate paperless billing
• Manage your payment preferences
• View your past payments

To get started, visit www.mpiua.com and log in to the Insured Portal.
