TENANTS Insurance
This coverage is designed for the apartment dweller and covers personal property for the "named perils" to specified limits. It includes a minimal amount for improvements to the rented area such as wallpaper or carpeting, and for fixtures.

CONDOMINIUM Insurance
This coverage is very similar to that mentioned in the TENANTS HO-4 form above. One major difference is that more coverage is provided in the HO-6 for personal property and additional living expenses. Also included is more coverage for that portion of the building for which you, as a unit owner, are responsible.
